At Trendabo, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with the services they purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Non-delivery of Service: If your order has not started within the estimated time frame stated in the service description, and you wish to cancel it, you are eligible for a refund to your Trendabo account balance.
  • Partial Delivery: If an order is only partially delivered, the remaining undelivered amount will be refunded automatically to your Trendabo account balance.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The order was placed with an incorrect or private link.
  • The order has already been fully delivered successfully.
  • External factors or third-party platform algorithm changes have impacted the performance of a completed marketing campaign.
  • The service performance fluctuates due to normal market dynamics after the campaign has concluded.

3. Balance Refunds

Refunds for canceled or partially completed orders will be credited to your Trendabo account balance. If you wish to withdraw your account balance back to your original payment method, please contact our support team. Withdrawals are subject to review and processing fees depending on the payment gateway used.


4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on this policy, please open a support ticket from your Dashboard or email us at support@trendabo.com with your Order ID and the reason for the request.
